I've hesitated to ask this before as maybe my mind is faulty..... I had a book back in the late 1970's that I moved on (sold it when I went Oz side) but wish I had retained - 'The Super Men'. Have looked and looked recently but never a mention. Did I dream this?

You didn't dream it-I have a copy, it was published around 1965- ish? Keep an eye on www.trademe.co.nz -they do appear there very ocassionally.

The Super Men , Alexander and Tullett first published in 1967 by Reids For its time a great book , By the same author Red Abbott a story about flying a ag Cub in NZ good read too There are other books out there on NZ ag flying ,
