I've flown from Wellington to Hamilton in one of the ex-Origin ATRs with Air NZ titles. I was unpleasantly surprised at the difference the 4 bladed props made. I've always found the ANZ machines with 6 blade props to be very smooth and quiet, but this machine was terrible. I was just under the wing carry through, and throughout the flight the noise and vibration were worse than the old Friendships. I had to lift my feet up off the floor as the vibration coming through the soles of my feet was causing my calf muscles to spasm. I wonder whether the ANZ machines also have active vibration damping in the cabin whereas the origin machines didnt...The only unpleasant ATR flight I've had out of many...

Gotta be dawn with the sun in the eastern side Beags. Having pointed out preciesly where East was, and where the sun sank, I was asked at Tengah by a CPL RAF:"does that apply in every country then?" He was dead serious! Thick, but serious!
