Unfortunately I didn't seen any sign of the Boeing seaplanes during my wander around! ;D

Nice photos. It looks like an interesting place. I'll have to go for a look someday.

Right now on National Radio I'm listening to a recording from the 1960's where Jack Perkins is interviewing John A. Lee, who was imprisoned at North Head before WWI. So it had been a prison too.

The programme by the way is Sounds Historical, well worth a listen every Sunday evening 8-10pm. Even you in Aussie Craig can listen via the webpage here
