This country is so lucky to have:
a) An incredible fleet of flyable warbird and antique aircraft b) A photographer of Gavin's talent to show them at their best in their natural element
World class photos if you ask me.

The RNZAF flights can take quite a bit of planning and authorisation can take a while depending on aircraft commitments etc but it is always worth the wait. Have been working with the RNZAF for a while now and they are great to deal with.
It is very impressive to have so many aircraft like these in NZ. For a small country we are well represented and long may it continue.

I guess that great shot of the Airtrainers and Harvard low over Woodbourne must be for a Passing Out Parade below on the Parade Ground there?

Hi Dave, yes it was a fly past for a parade. Was great to have Harvard 15 in the mix, had wanted to do that for ages.

Yeah, not a bad year in anybody's book!! Love the Seasprite shot and all of the WWII stuff, but it's the WWI images that really steal it for me. Keep up the excellent work, Gavin. It's always a pleasure to view it
