How many small operators left with a plane and a couple of loader trucks and can a 400hp Fletcher still make good money?

Not many, in the North Island there is
Far North Air (400)
M Hargreaves (GA200c)
Cropdusters (GA200c & a 300 )
Airfarm (400)
John Bargh (AT402)
in the South Island maybe only
Cheviot Ag Air (400)

John Ponds (Cropdusters) is not strictly a "one man/one aircraft" operation as he sometimes has Charlie Stephenson flying the second a/c.
Jim Frogley (Beaver AZB) qualifies; I think Bob Monds (Rural) has only one a/c now hasn't he?

Bob Cleland, Airspread South at Mossburn, mainly uses BHK, but has DLQ as a spare.

I had overlooked Graham Whibley.
Not sure, Graeme - I was hoping someone else would reply.
EMT appeared in an Accident Brief 2 or 3 years back, and I haven't seen it since. It was living in an enclosed hangar at DV and could well be still there.
However, I'm past there about every 4 weeks and haven't seen the hangar open for at least a couple of years.

Graham Whibley's Fletcher EMT is parked up in storage outside at Fieldair's hangar at Palmerston North. I heard from a source that it may be parked up for quite some time due to the general industry down turn, and pricing wars.
Some more operators are Rural Air Services (1986) Ltd with an AT-402B Air Tractor RMW Based at Feilding.
Wareham Airspray at Hiwinui with Fletcher's CZB and DYJ, but I think only CZB is flying
Griffin Ag Air at Kiaranga with Walter Turbine Ag-cat WTA and Cresco PWT
