I found this paint conversion chart, you can alter the manufacturers and list by FS number as required.

This chart has come in really handy. I have acquired a few older kits to get started with with no mainstream paint numbers/charts, and with a bit of research I have found the appropriate FS numbers or main brand numbers, which can easily be converted using the chart. The chart also has a filter, so you can get rid of the brands/numbering systems you do not want to see. Highly recommended.
