I cannot make it to this show unfortunately, I am busy with other things here that clash. However I am sure others will be attending, and if you want to arrange a time and place to meet up each day of the show, please use this thread to make the arrangments.

I'm not sure if anyone wants to arrange a Forum Meet up during this event. If yes, post the ideas and plans here on this thread.
RNZAF 75th Anniversary Airshow, RNZAF Ohakea
The airshow is on the 31st of March 2012, however we have been kindly offered by Brendon Deere to hold a forum meet in his hangar the evening before, on Friday 30th of March 2012. I actually hope to be there at this one, yay! If you are keen to come you must email me your full real name, so you can get onto the base to attend, I am compilin a list for Brendon. Email me at dave_daasnz@hotmail.com

Easter Weekend
Again I am unable to attend this show. But many of you will be there and will want to meet up. So if you want to arrange a time and place to meet up each day of the show, please use this thread to make the arrangments.

I am most probably unable to attend this show. But many of you will be there and will want to meet up. So if you want to arrange a time and place to meet up each day of the show, please use this thread to make the arrangments.
WONZ Annual National Forum Meet 2012
This is the big meet we have evey year, traditionally in Cambridge. This year however we are looking to host the event in the Auckland region and taking advice from many who have attended in the past we are looking to extend it to a two-day event, a Saturday and a Sunday over one weekend. We have a small committee working on plans and at this stage it will once again offer:
- An opportunity to meet and socialise with other forum members
- An opportunity to meet and socialise with WWII veteran aviators
- Some guest speakers will be arranged (veterans and warbird people again, maybe others in aviation)
- Hopefully some aircraft collection visits
- Maybe even some flying, perhaps
I'll keep everyone updated as more details come to hand on this one but at this stage we're looking at a weekend in May/June 2012
If you have any comments, ideas, suggestions, queries or anything about these projected Forum Meets, or you have suggestions for further meets during the year, please post them up here.
