Hi everyone.
Its time again for the annual Mandeville flyin, weekend of the 18th - 19th Feb. Things begin around 10am and generally wind up around 5pm or so.
Everyone is welcome, fly in or drive. If flying in just a little caution on non radio equipped aircraft operating around the circuit, eyes open please
If the weather plays the game this year all will be good and with any luck Robert will bring Dove of Peace over from Wanaka as well as our usually toys out and about.
See you there.

Sounds great. I hope some people take cameras along for us who won't make it.

How did the Fly-In go, Ryan? Did much show up?
Has anyone got photos and a report please?

The Saturday weather was very average, raining and rather unpleasant but we managed to get a couple of flights done towards the end of the day. Sunday was a lot better with a cold easterly blowing but no rain, we managed to rip through 25 odd flights with a small formation of bits and pieces over the town in the morning. Dont have any pics as I was really busy but hopefully someone might have some they can post, dont know if any forum members were there however.

Wow, 25 flights in a day is pretty good. Pity the weather was average.
