Maybe, or just a composite; some of the commenters on the Google+ post (where I originally saw the photo) are suggesting it's a Photoshop composite, which is disappointing:

[Tim Rodriguez] Very shooped. Notice the CRJ in the foreground. Its reversers are open, and flaps at 45. That's a bad deal for go-around, let alone takeoff. As mentioned prior, many, MANY of the airlines shown don't service the continent, let alone the airport. Also, the airplanes are not in scale with each other; some are at odd angles; some have pitch attitudes outside of their normal climb attitudes and profiles.
It's a neat photo, but I'm sure the photographers of Airliners.net would like their credits, please.

Sadly is is NOT a multiple exposure from Hanover, it is a composite from many sources. I only know this because the below blog post hit my RSS feed yesterday:

A real time exposed effort at Auckland or somewhere like that would be interesting.

Or Wellington; all those landings with the extra roll and yaw would make for an interesting pattern.
