I confused them no end with my career path when they came through the Hoist bay at Ohakea.
Hopefully the visit will prompt some of them to consider suggesting the RNZAF to their students.

What has recruitment been like for the RNZAF over the past few years; has it been badly affected by the disbandment of the ACW?

It was affected by the ACF disbandment for a few years, but also because for a while we had to cut back the numbers we were bringing in.
I guess we are still somewhat less exciting than we used to be.
