I'm jealous!
We did have plans for a visit to Cuba some years ago, but although the place is inexpensive when you are there the cost of travel to/from was not.
As you cannot go directly from USA to Cuba, the alternates are LA/Mexico City/Havana or through South America to Havana. Either was was high cost.
So regrettably we had to flag it.
Must be a fascinating place.

Havana is amazing! I loved it there. I flew with Aero Mexico via a few days in Mexico City. Was a reasonable price. Had no issues getting back into the States, they saw I had been in Cuba and were only interested in if I had any Rum or Cigars which are banned in the States.
Shame the Sea Fury has got the wrong canopy
