I am trying to source U bolts used to attach alloy castings to 1" diameter tube frame. They are unusual in that where the bolt bends thru 180 degrees is flattened (rather than round cross section). I guess to reduce point load on tubing. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

I may have some of these but if don’t (won’t know till I have a look in my pile of junk) I know where there is a lot that you might be able to beg borrow or steal.
