Yip.... my mistake... you'd think that as a member of WAC I'd me more up-to-date!!! I didn't even know we'd bought them until a couple of weeks ago! And yes, shame on me for not taking an active interest in my club, but as I no longer work or fly out of HN I've become a little "out of touch"... so to remedy this I've entered the club comps next weekend.... redemption?!

Slackie: Good luck to you sir! I for one can't wait to get rated in the new Tecnams. I flew the company demonstrator JAX previously and it was a delight to fly. Taxiing with a castering nosewheel on the other hand was a pain in the a**. Errol: if you happen to be poking around Ardmore again and see WIP I'd love a photo, especially if it is flying.

Thanks everyone. These were with my Nikkor 80-400mm (on D7000), which had its first outing at Matamata in March.
I'll try to remember about WIP, but I'm not a spotter, honest!

Once you get used to the castoring nosewheel you'll appreciate it - makes taxiing in confined areas so much easier!
