I didn't even attempt any airborne shots, but I'd like to offer static ones for the collective consideration of the group: Sam offered to take the photo, who was I to refuse? My last view of her was above, Warren Denholm towing her back to the hangar on Sunday morning. What a show. I have no words.

Hi all,
For those interested, I have posted two videos on YouTube.
The first is a 6 minute video of the Mosquito and includes an extract of WWII veteran John Beeching talking at the Subrizky's.
The second is a video of the first part of John Beeching's talk, he was a very entertaining speaker.
Enjoy

Did you both realise you were both driving British antiques, or was this news? ;D Didn't realise the 2011/12 Holden Commodore was considered a British antique James...................or are you alluding to something beginning with A..... ;D Well I knew the Commode was a bit retro in its technology, but parking in the 'old British oil spreaders' park is a bit of a cheek! I know not of the thing beginning with A of which we don't speak. (Speaking as an Ex-MGB owner... )

Not a De Havilland but a smart looking machine all the same? Prime lenses are a challenge when the subject gets close? Cheers

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned anything about this pairs display - Briefly seen shortly before the last Mossie display. I cant recognise the type, but the formation work was good. They didnt seem to heed the appropriate display line boundaries though!

Great shots Colin and Chris!
And additional to Bruce's neat Grumman Duck pair, I noticed there was a small number of brown birds - not sure of the species - that either were living in or grazing in the grass runway. Every time something took off they flew up, to a maximum of 20 feet, then settled back down into the grass. I admired their persistance.
