My uncle landing the A380 at AKL

Hi all, a few weeks ago I was asked to pick my uncle up from AKL airport, he was coming in from Sydney and was going to over night in AKL, we were going to pick him up and bring him back home for a BBQ or a braai for us South Africans.

Anyway I listened to them departing SYD on ATC traffic live website and knew he was flying the leg to AKL and would be doing the landing, so I took the camera up and waited for him and got some awesome pics of my uncle flying and landing the plane, I also got a few other shots all are posted below.

Crikey, he might be flying me into NZ in just over 2 weeks (arriving on Tuesday the 27th of November) Looking forward to my flight on the 380. It's Huuuuuuge
