The Great Escape: Secrets Revealed

Hi all, on SKY TV, National Georgraphic channel on Saturday at 8:30pm is a documentary (Part 2) about an archaeological exploration of the site of Stalag Luft III, scene of 'The Great Escape'.

They are trying to locate the tunnels left under the former POW Camp, untouched since the end of WW2.

Also they have a team of current RAF personnel recreating escape items using what was available to the pows at the time.

Part One was interesting and Part 2 will be where they 'hit pay dirt' so to speak.

Is it Secrets revealed or Secrets of the Great Escape Revealed? I have Secrets of the Great Escape recorded from a week ago.

I watched both episodes. Excellent, and especially noted was the absolute awe in which the current RAF aircrew guys regarded the Ex POW tunnellers.

yes, some of us plebs can't afford sky, well I could but would be sitting there watching all the good programs all day.
Will be on prime or youtube soon I suspect

Just watched the first episode and loved it.Can't believe some of the the things they came up with.Part two is on tomorrow!
