Were any RNZAF Tigers painted all silver, or was it only silver with yellow training bands?

Beautiful! Why is it "EXPERIMENTAL"? Did DH not finish its testing phase...?

Hello all
I was wondering if anyone had any new information on two Tiger Moths that had accidents in recent years.
Tiger Moth ZK-ALM, ex NZ841. Suffered an off-field landing in Papakura, Auckland due to loss of engine power 1st July 2018. All occupants survived
Tiger Moth ZK-BRM, ex NZ1472. Experienced a crash landing at Omaka Aerodrome after an incident on take off 1st March 2017. All occupants survived (I think someone in Canterbury bought it in 2018?)
Thank you in advance

Zac, the impressed Tiger Moths and other variants were initially in the silver finishes of the various aero clubs, before being repainted yellow etc. The EFTS at New Plymouth flew a number of these, as did the FIS at Mangere in the late 1939, early 1940 period
