It's not rocket science. If you are genuine about safety in this job, fly with a helmet on your head. The first thing the company gave me when I started 30 years ago was a helmet. Does everything have to be relearnt the hard way?

Crash helmet or (ball-cap) 'don't crash helmet?' Latter's worked for me for 49 years. And counting.
