very interesting story on Flight Global DEW Line about a call by a veteran USAF F15E pilot for a new generation of unmanned lightweight fighters. It is interesting in that Col Michael Pietrucha USAF does not see it as a F22 and F35 replacement but as a force enhancement with similar range to F16 and a high subsonic speed.
