This is a heads up to warn NZ'ers that the following television programmes are coming on this weel and next...
TOMORROW NIGHT
A three-part series called "Canada At War" begins tomorrow night on Prime TV. That's Tuesday 7th of Feb 2006, from 21.40-2245hrs (9.40pm-10.45pm).
Parts 2 and 3 will screen on subsequent Tuesdays.
AND
On The evening of Sunday 12th of Feb 2006, at 11.00pm, is a docu-drama about Dunkirk, called simply "Dunkirk"
I'm sure many of you will find both shows interesting, and I guess there may be mention in Canada At War of the many Enzedders, as they called the RNZAF boys, whom they hosted and trained during the war.

The Canada At War series is great! It's all in colour!
As suspected boys of the RNZAF was seen in some clips. The clip of five white RNZAF lads doing their version of the Haka was great, and somewhat hilarious!

Did anyone see this tonight? Fantastic!
Coloured shots of Halifax bombers, Spitfires, P-36's, Boston/Havocs, Ansons and lots more. A great series. I'm surprised no-one else has commented on the series.
Last one next Tuesday.

Tonight is the last i this excellent series, Canada At War, on Prime at 9.40pm. Really worth watching and recording - lots of WWII aviation in colour.
Dunkirk is ok too, not too bad, but Canada At War is very good.
