Yes thats a nice rendition of a RNZAF Mustang alright. Which Sim is one it? (as in software) I have this one from A2A only issue is it has drop tanks which I cant remove and a bit shiny too: And here is a stable mate for your one!

Nice one Baz..presumably that is the earlier A2A Mustang model? Mine is the Warbirdsim Mustang. Incredibly detailed...and still aren't use to the torque on take off. The guy that made it is a Mustang guru with a huge knowledge of all things Mustang. He's now working on a Airacobra. My set up is FSX but with ton add ons and modifications. In the pics above you will see RealNZ Nelson airport add on, REX (environment and weather) and a bit of Orbx South Island (scenery enhancement for South Island)

Lovely rendering on those Mustangs - very sharp. Nelson looks good, but one thing about the top picture; the Mustang is taking off to the south, but the Dash 8s are facing north. Usually the aircraft are parked into wind. I guess you could argue that the wind had a sudden change of direction by the time the Mustang was ready to leave and the Dash 8s pulled up!

It looks like their earlier Mustang Baz....there latest one is probably even better than the one I have Lovely rendering on those Mustangs - very sharp. I don't think AI aircraft (which what these Q300s are)can be sophisticated enough to park in certain directions with the wind.

You can't have the Mustang taking off in the opposite direction in a computer simulation?

Yes you can but I'm taking into the wind...the Q300s are parked the other way..although I could of changed the direction of the wind but I don't usually fiddle with the weather. I just take what's thrown at me. I download a simulation of the real weather at that place and time.

Sorry Naki, just being picky; like I said earlier, very nicely done. There's been a few visual changes to the airport buildings since that background was made; Hangar 1 (the big new one) has three lights spaced evenly above the hangar doors and there are solar panels running along the tops of the passenger walkways onto the tarmac - again, just being picky.
