Great news. Will it be returned to flight? The resurgence of the type in our skies is a good thing to see.

Ha ahh what with eight or nine airworthy Harvards to replace the CT 4s and now a possible fourth blunty?? We are starting to have a VERY basic start to a strike force once again.... all we need now is the return of a skyhawk in private hands or two and hey presto there it tis. Then lease them out to the RNZAF that would keep everybody happy, especially their owners, but best of all the greenie type people would be happy as they would think they where looking at vintage aircraft flying around and have know idea anyway because they would really sooner save the snails....... Who said that the Kiwi number eight wire know how is dead....... ? Ok back to my wine now.......

Check out the Pioneer website - NZ6362 is sitting on the wharf in Perth and should land in Auckland around mid-March.

I see VH-ZEP that was once NZ6361, was cancelled from Australian Register on 09/10/2014 as exported to USA.
