A visit to the Tennessee Museum of Aviation, Sevierville, in near perfect flying weather, produced this immaculate new-built Yak-9UM (Allison-powered), finished in the colours of the French Groupe de Chasse GC/3 “Normandie-Niemen”, fighting on the Russian Front.
