I liked the coments on the bottom of the flyer -
"Present your pilots licence at Robert Harris Cafe on the day and receive a complimentary coffee.
Airways NZ fees and Rotorua Airport landing charges have been waived for the day."
Thanks.

Feel free to promote any NZ aviation events here on the forum, that is what it's about. It won't get promotion if we don't know about it.

Aviators who attended this event ,check Airways charges, They sent me an account and have not yet aknowleged my protest .The charge was dated 29/4 as did the Airport Co. The event was the 30th.Aircraft owner/renters wont necessarily be aware of this act.

I will do that.
I seem to have a small charge listed as overdue, that may well be it.

Attended official opening of Rotorua. Jack Humphries, who had just started with Air NZ did a demo in AZL. Bill Peterson had just started flying AZL at the time. We were working at Matamata. How the time goes.
