RAF recruiting in NZ prewar

Does anyone here know the name of the officer in charge (a Wing Commander I think) of the team that toured New Zealand in the mid-late 1930's recruiting New Zealanders to join the Royal Air Force in the UK?

I'm sure I've seen his name somewhere but cannot find it.
