A couple more changes to the forum

Hi all,

Just a note to say I have added a Google search facility to the forum. I'm not sure if it'll be any good but it's there anyway.

Also I have adjusted all your titles to give you all RNZAF ranks, which are based on the number of posts you make. You can aspire to acheive the rank of Group Captain with 200 or more posts to the forum - I note there are a few already at that rank! I am the Air Vice Marshall, hehe

hey.... whats with the Karma and Exalt / Smite thingy?

Oh yeah, I switched that on to see how it works. I forgot about that. Apparently memers can rate what they think of other meners and theresults build up on their profile. So, if you see a member make a great post, click Exalt and I guess it gives them brownie points. If they make a bad post you don't agree with, I guess click Smite.

So far the forum has been lucky that all the members and posters have been great. The only posts I've had to worry about for being too obnoxious are my own! I did pull one of my own posts recently because it offended me later, hehe.
