Daylight Savings has changed so so has the clock. The Americans who run this forum company have not provided a GMT +13 hours (for NZ Daylight Savings time) setting for the forum clock despite many Kiwi users asking for it.
However they have done so in the individual user's profile. If you're in NZ you have to set your own individual clock in your user profile to +13 hours and it should come right, or if outside NZ, adjust to suit your own time zone.
