Hi Guys,
I'm looking for a bit more information on this individual, in particular his service with the Royal Naval Air Service during WW1. Apparently he flew bombing missions over Gallipoli. Does anyone have any more information and were there any other New Zealanders that served with the RNAS during the campaign?
Thanks.

Grant, I interviewed my old friend Bill Angus on tape several times back in the 1970s. See Volume Two of my A Passion For Flight for details of his career (and more about him to come in my next work - Ack Emmas to Zeppelin Hunters – New Zealand airmen and airwomen in the Great War and Russia,1914-1919).
Out of curiosity, what is your particular interested in Bill? Errol

"Has your WW1 book been released yet?"
No. The editing of 40 years research to produced bios on the 800 or so New Zealand airmen and airwomen is expected to take two to three years.

Could you at least tell me Angus' rank when he served with the RNAS at Imbros?
