I've discovered an excellent podcast called WWII Diary, which is a reading by Jason Kofke of his late grandfather Ed Kofke's diary and memoirs of his days as the tail gunner in B-24 Liberator "Shoo Shoo Baby" of the 779th squadron of the 464th' Bomb Group - 15th Army Air Force. The story is really well written by Ed, and brilliantly read by his grandson Jason. Here's their website www.wardiarywwii.com/And here's a link to the series on iTunes itunes.apple.com/nz/podcast/war-diary-wwii/id881294193?mt=2

I found the first ep a little rough, production - wise, but the second is noticeably better. Most podcasters start out a bit rough, and improve, looks to be the case here. This is very honest, probably because he didn't intend for anyone alive at the time he wrote it to see it. Good that son's and grandson's memories of tales told have been incorporated.
