I visited last month and would thoroughly recommend going. There is such a huge variety of planes from different realms of aviation with replicas from Brazil's early days of flight through to a Fokker F100. There are also lots of Cessnas and other general aviation types not often considered for museums. The Constellation is an amazing looking aircraft and the display hangar is so large, it is easy to view. The warbirds are a bit shiny for my liking, but well displayed and again there are some less common types, like the DH Buffalo. On entering the museum you walk through an area set up like a plane interior and walk through time starting with earliest attempts at flight. There is a focus on Brazil and South American aviation, but covers the global feats too - plus most of the information have English as well as Portuguese. The museum is located at one of TAM's service bases, so you drive under the runway and over a taxi way getting to the museum and can view the service area from the cafe. Well worth the 3 hour drive from Sao Paulo if you get the chance.

That hangar must be huge. Not a speck of dust either

What a great museum. Sir Tim's old Corsair looks to be well cared for but I don't think the extra shine on it endears it much!

Not many museums have two Bf109's on display!
