Nice! I assume you are discussing the cockpit framing may have been too coarse and inaccurate. 57 yo kit - WOW!

err possibly the complete lack of a cockpit the original just had two heads sticking out of a moulded flat surface, I recreated the cockpit from scratch using seats out of an old DH rapide, there was no cockpit framing on the original (very thick) transparency, I had to recreate the correct framing using decal strip & referring to photos

That's incredible, given the age of the kit.
This reminds me that I've had my eye on a 1/48 kit of this for some time - and I should grab one before they disappear...
