There was a real buzz as we saw the Strikemasters being fuelled up - they're on? Great! The L-39C went off first, followed by the Blunties. I don't think I had seen NZ6362 fly previously. Strikemaster 62 by Errol Cavit, on Flickr Three Tiger Moths were good too - ZK-BLI, ZK-BEC, and ZK-ALK (this one another display first for me). Great shots Errol!! The sight of three Tiger Moths in the air is pretty rare these days too.

I bought the TT Bland biography From Rags To Rivets at the NZWA stand at the show and started reading it at the weekend. ALK was the machine Trevor Bland soloed in! Top photos Errol, I've had to save the silhouetted Blunty buzz-and-break for a wallpaper. Beautiful.
