Nice one, Dave. If you ever get to Ardmore it's usually parked out in the open beside the control tower. Easily photographed in that position.

I'm glad you like the shots. There was actually quite a thunderstorm brewing at the time which made a nice backdrop. Pity that fence was in the way. I've seen the Dak a few times at Ardmore but it has been a while since I saw it down here in the Waikato. I believe it's major maintenance gets done at Hamilton, right?

You mean the magazine that used to be New Zealand Wings? I buy that all the time now, but it's stilll nowhere near as good as it was when Ross Macpherson was alive - except for your photos Alex, and I mean that sincerely. I subscribed to it back then. I missed any report of the Dakota changing schemes however.
