It was nice to see them turn up with what must almost be their number 1 game for a change. Now they've had it, hope they grab it and keep it.

How about today's game. Wow! Nerve wracking!! Not good for the nerves! I know it's always easy to blame the ref but gees....what about Kaino's yellow card - really!?! Then at one point the ref was more concerned about his socks than watching the play, oh yeah then the bit bout how if we infringed it was a penalty but if SA did the same he played advantage! Kieran Reid, nice lineout take but boy you need to learn quicker if the ref is calling penalties so eagerly...you cost us about 9 points!

Whilst I am most definitely hoping for an All Blacks win tomorrow in the Rugby World Cup final game, no matter what the score will be at the end of the 80 minutes, it will ultimately be a sad day for New Zealand as a nation. Whether we're rejoicing or cursing the result of the game, the big picture is we will also be witnessing the end of an era and saying goodbye to some of our greatest All Blacks players in history. Tomorrow will mark an end of the international careers of some of the finest young men New Zealand has produced, on and off the rugby field, in an awful long time. In particular it will be really sad to see Dan Carter and Richie McCaw play their final test match. They are outstanding individuals in every respect. Both have achieved the incredible results in their sporting careers, setting the highest records yet achieved in the sport of rugby. But with all that, both gentlemen have remained extremely humble, respectful, genuine and down to earth in that truly wonderful kiwi way. In the past decade and a half Richie and Dan have both been such wonderful role models and inspirations for all New Zealanders young and old. We need more of their sort in our society. It has been a privilege to have followed their startling careers in which they have absolutely redefined the sport, leaving an indelible mark on it, and inspiring so many millions of people around the world. They are those rare types who make us all proud to be kiwis, and they bring the nation together as one on occasions like this. I wish Dan and Richie and the rest of their team mates, all the best for the game tomorrow morning, and for the future. We're all proud, and we'll never forget.

Well what the end of a great week. Passed my BFR in one flight (instead of the dozens I thought it would take) and to see the All Blacks win so well im the final was icing on the cake. Well done Dan Carter that drop goal was payback for missing out in 2011. All credit to the Wallabies they made us work for it but they were just beaten by the best.

October 31 will change from Halloween to "St Ritchies Day". People will dress up in black, and scare the crap out of Aussies...

Yes – a fantastic game and a well-deserved win to the All Blacks.
But the thing that really stood out for me was Sonny Bill Williams giving his medal to young fan Charlie Lines. That guy has class.
