il.youtube.com/watch?v=j5DE_yRAgQALooking for a man's version of that trolley. One that could be used on Cherokees and Tomahawks. We have the castoring wheels but could do with some ideas that may refine the design before we leap into the cutting and welding.. Has anyone here seen something that would do the trick and be able to offer suggestions ? We are working on a very flat surface so could have variable height and lower it for the current hangar. Variable mainwheel track would be a help as well. Length: 23 ft 1ΒΌ in (7.04 m) Wingspan: 34 ft 0 in (10.36 m) The Tomahawk is much wider than it's length. The Cherokee is much more square Length: 23 ft 4 in (7.10 m) Wingspan: 30 ft 0 in (9.14 m) Wheel track 10 ft (3.05m) Wheelbase 6 ft 3 in (1.90m)

Thanks Craig, will look into them. You are in Gore so when you say the latest..... would that be the Xmas specials ? I found the Supercheap catalogue, - looking for the Repco one now... I think the one in the first pics would require the aircraft to be moved back 2 or 3 metres if you wanted to remove it for another aircraft. The other, with white tips, would be better in that regard and can have an extendable 'nose'. That nose bar could also be removed for transit and storage. I am thinking it could sit on the floor while loading and unloading. A mechanical lever, like a jack handle, could be used to drop the wheels about an inch. we have a hole in the side of the hangar that a Cherokee can sneak through but the Tomahawk has no chance..... well without going through sideways.

That last video was interesting, thinking about the issues of putting a mix of high and low wing aircraft into a hangar, just go sideways.

The repco (yes the latest version end 24 April) version is very similar to the ones in that last link you posted 2 for $279. I think they would be ideal but would need 3 for a trike

Hi Guys. Do you know who makes this trolley or if there are plans available for a DIY? I think it's brilliant and is just the thing I'm looking for, for my own C42.
