Had some time to kill waiting for a flight home, had heard about the Qantas Heritage Collection located at the western end of terminal three. Never had the time to check it out, one of the best things about the location is the viewing platform. Kingsford Smith is a busy place. Managed to spot a ZK waiting her turn. Another parked up. And a giant of the skies. Small collection includes a cutaway Merlin. As well as some stunning models.

Hienkel HE178 - the worlds first genuine jet aircraft to fly. Is Kingsford Sith some kind of Star Wars Character?
