I am sure you are right Dave , things without propellers tend to look the same to me . But what is the other USAF Boeing's designation ?

Might it be a Boeing 757, US designation C-32B, belonging to their speckled faeces (special forces)? Maybe it's our turn to host the annual Chuck Norris lookalike competition?

The markings for the C-17's are for Air Mobility Command, from Charleston, North Carolina.
