That's a nice low Harvard. Fancy it getting beaten by an old English tank though That was a very quick 3.8 Jag. Both started from standing start with Harvard on grass I think the Harvard went past just after photo taken. The race with the D Type however was a bit closer.

From memory two RAAF Mirages came in Yep Obiwan27 and I were sitting on top of the Bristol Freighter looking at the Iroquois display to the right when POW! Two Mirages blasted in from the left. Talk about a fright!!

Interesting thing I've noticed about the B170 line up photo; those two examples referred to (01 and 08) are the two lost in operations. In 08's case it was only 3 months later on 27 May 1953.
