Thought this may be of interest to the forum. November 2006 - Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft from 3Sqn, 17Sqn and 29Sqn of the Royal Air Force take to the skies over the Lincolnshire coast to perform a ’Diamond Nine’ formation. It is the first time that only single-seat aircraft are used in this formation, with the lead aircraft piloted by Group Captain Bob Judson. All three squadrons are based at RAF Coningsby, UK.

Neat. They're rather cool aircraft I reckon. Have any other air forces got the Typhoon in service yet? I assume Germany, France and other NATO countries will be using them?

Yeah, they are a pretty nice looking aircraft, although someone was saying a while ago (on this forum?) that the canards are in a bad position, as they can obstruct the view from the cockpit in some positions. Anyway, the Eurofighter website is pretty impressive and has some great pictures and videos on it - www.eurofighter.com/Enjoy!
