As a young soldier (in the 80’s) I “attended” a Court Martial at Burnham and as a result served a sentence of 150 days detention at Ardmore SCE. I resumed my career in the Army and later left after almost 9 years service. I am keen to hear from others who were detained or served at Ardmore SCE; it was character building to say the least and a part of NZ Army history that has little recorded about it.
