It looks like they have serial numbers. Real or just assumption? Pure assumption. We do not knew the serials of those P-40s.

Hi
Thank you very much for all your kindly comments about us and our models. I would like to emphazide that we could not have made most of our series withouth the assistance of many historians like Colin and Dave.THANKS!!!
The P40 was our larger and most challenging project done so far.
Our goal is to build All the aircraft types that flew with the Royal Air Force, the Fleet Air Arm and all the Commonwealth (Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Rhodesia, etc.) in the time frame between 1936 and 1947, in all major versions (including field modifications, different or special markings, different armaments, different scheme colour camouflage, etc.) which were used in all the operational theatres or special operations. And to include also Lend-Lease and captured enemy types under British markings. We also try to include in each series the aircraft which were flown by Ango Argentine pilots, most of them had very particular nose arts”. We have approx. 1200 models done.
coming back to the topic, the white noses were a MUST on this series even withouth knowning the serial numbers.
Cheers Santiago

I love following your project Santiago, it's amazing what you and your father are doing.
Have you done Vickers Vildebeests or Vincents yet? Or Blackburn Baffins?

Hi Dave,
Thank you very much for your comments.
Not yet. It is very difficult to get kits for those aircraft. We try to start with the most common ones but we will do them for sure.
Is there any interesting information about them used by RNZAF?
Cheers Santiago

There is loads of info about The Vildebeest around. But it might be better to wait till I somehow finish my books on the General Reconnaissance squadrons.
