Next Warbirds Open Day at Ardmore - Next Year

Just a note to say that New Zealand Warbirds announced today in an Ops Order that there will not be another Warbirds Open Day this yer, so no traditional November show as normal. The next such event will not take place till March 2020, which will be instead of the traditional June Queens Birthday Weekend "D-Day" Open Day.

Hi Dave, thanks for the update. Bit of a bummer, were there any reasons given? Hopefully one show a year isn't the new normal.

Nope. They are having a members only event with some flying in November, so I guess you could join up and go to that.
