Another one of my older builds This one done around 1979 ish… ESCI kit and decals by Modeldecal depicting one of the Skyhawks that took part in the Queens Silver Jubilee display at Greenham Common in 1977. The carrier HMAS Melbourne was in port at Portsmouth but sadly I never got round to going to see her. Back to the Skyhawk At Greenham, it was the only time I saw one in the air and the first time I had seen a pair in the 'flesh' !
