Hi Guys, I'm after information/photographs on the above, my grandfathers unit during World War 2. I have his copy of the Official History but finding photographs and any other information I'm finding problematic, It was one of those stories of if I knew then what I know now I would have asked him while he was alive, stories mum has passed along involves him driving part way through a minefield and upon finding out he reversed out and the other has do with keys to a Brewery in Cario that are in the family somewhere. I'm also aware he often drove ambulances and was tasked with collecting the dead and wounded. Anyway if anyone has any info I'd be grateful.

Have you had a look at Salute to Service: A History of the Royal New Zealand Corps of Transport and Its Predecessors, 1860-1996?
