I thought I would add some more photos to my "Stash Thread" but have run into a problem. Fliker allow you 1000 photos, i had used up my allocation so have created another email account to use another 1000 but the major problem is that my scanner uses Adobe Acrobat . HP Solution Center is a printer management program for HP printers manufactured before 2010. HP Solution Center does not work when Flash software is not active on the system. Because Flash is no longer supported by the industry, HP Solution Center is also no longer supported so I can notscan Any ideas as to how to get around this? (I don't have any teenagers around my neighbourhood) I need a simple solution so I can continue posting

Get yourself a copy of VueScan. Had this problem once, after upgrading an operating system, and not being able to get the drivers to work.
Installed VueScan and never looked back.

I have gone away from Microsoft completely. All the older computers I deal with here now are running Peppermint 10. All the software is free and you hardly notice the difference from Windows anyway. Things are just much faster and glitch free. The only software package I miss is Irfanview, for pic processing and viewing, but XnView is close enough. I have old laptops here that have never run faster. Peppermint OS and applications are all freeware and there is ample choice. LibreOffice is just amazing. All free and no-fuss. Remember how reluctant people were to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, there was good reason for it. www.forbes.com/sites/jasonevangelho/2019/10/31/heres-why-blazing-fast-linux-os-peppermint-10-just-blew-me-away/?sh=1c32ddb66d9bpeppermintos.com/

I can vouch for Vuescan, I was having several problems interfacing Photoshop with the various scanner I use and downloaded Vuescan several years ago and haven't looked back. Worked well in Windows 7 and now in Windows 10
