Have finally got around to working out how to edit and down load some of the footage I have shot over the years so here we go, bit random and not in any particular order. How I get stills and video at the same time, well she's a bit of a Caractacus Potts set up, the fictitious creator of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, yes I'm a fan! I mount a piece of plumbing pipe to my 150 to 600 still photo lens on top of which is attached my video camera. I concentrate on the stills just press record then live in hope that I get something half decent. Hence the video can be a bit on the average side so what you see is what you get. Will post a pic of the set one day soon. Stearman down low at Luskintyre west of Newcastle, Australia, winter 2018?

The June 2021 Temora Aviation Museum's showcase, sadly due to low cloud the fighters were grounded, still nice to see the machines in the air.

Is the shutter sound your own camera taking photos as you also take video?

Yes, sorry Dave, as promised in the first post will get a pic of my cameras set up soon, just need a third camera to achieve this. Like the RAAF Hercules another aircraft that is very important to our isolated community, the New South Wales Air Ambulance Service do a fantastic job often in very challenging conditions. One of their Kingairs wears the island's name, quite an honour.
