Yes, have seen that elsewhere. It’s telling on the French reaction to it and distorting what the letter on the day actully said. Did they really think joe public would not see the letter in the end. If that is what defence where dealing with imagine how painful the actual contract negotiations where. The problems the French thought that the project was to big to fail, they were warned that government was looking at option “B” just that it was a big surprise to so many myself included and I’m all for it |
