Awesome. I love looking at these clips to see what aircraft they have in them. English Electric P.1A prototype at 2:12, now on display at Cosford.  EE P.1 The RAF Museum records the following: "To RAF Henlow, Beds, and displayed on the parade ground at the Officer Cadet Training Unit alongside fellow P.1A prototype WG763, both initially carrying the markings of the Air Fighting Development School on their noses..." Henlow was at the time the gathering place for aircraft to be displayed at the new RAF Museum at Hendon, opened in 1972. |
