Great pic's Nuuumann, looks like a great museum with a broad collection.

That Attacker is an interesting machine, you really can see the transition from
prop driven tail draggers to jets with tricycle gear. Got me thinking, there
weren't that many tail dragger jets, some early 262s anyone got any more?

Yeah, it's a curiosity, definitely a stop gap solution and swiftly overtaken in performance by the MiG-15 that debuted a year earlier and demonstrated superior performance with essentially what was the same engine. Apparently it was a bit of a pig to fly. Sadly it left little impact and gradually morphed into something that had an even worse reputation...
