Wow, Grant, these are fantastic! I have to admit that after waiting so long for Tiger BQB to reappear I had a tear in my eye - those are particular highlights for me.
Also wonderful to see Deane hard at work with the Mossie. By all accounts it was a fantastic day and I hope more forumites are able to share their photos (and video!) of the festivities.
Bravo to all involved in organising and running this special day.

Thanks Zac and Dave, it was a great day and well organised as can be expected. Lots of cool cars as well, but the band's rendition of Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" left a lot to be desired . The organisers should be pleased with numbers, there was high attendance. I was next to a guy who had sat in the cockpit of the Mossie during one of John Smith's runs of it back in the day. It was quite a big thing to witness for more than a few people.

What a great selection of photos from which was obviously a fantastic day out at Omaka. Good to see vintage aviation in action after the long drought!

Wonderful pic's thanks for sharing, wondering if the engine runs are regular or random as in when will the next one be? Or is this just something that comes along every now and then?
Thank you.......
